**PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT OUR TANKS**
We offer these tanks two ways: Mill finish, smooth planished sanded finish OR Highly show polished, which is a very labor intensive sanding 5 step process involving starting with #80 grit disc sanding. this sanding and polishing takes two people, almost 4 hours and an additional day for one man to complete the sanding steps. the tank is then highly polished in a two step. 2 compound process before it is sent out with my name on it...
 BY COMPARISON our competitors however two step sand it then use a rough buff compound to give it a reflective surface for their photos. It may look good in their photoshopped pictures, (or if the tank photo doesn't have lineal reflections that give away the wavy surface) I decided not to compromise the integrity of our finish in the pursuit of being competitive and dumb down to their level.
 We spend more time than a quality painter spends to do a custom paint finish...If you desire a real "weld quality" and "show finish quality" tank, but don't have the resources to purchase the additional cost for the show polish, I will personally guide you through the show polish procedure including resources for the wheels, compounds, sanding grades and the amount of each sanding stage you will need to complete the show polish procedure on your own...


Also, normally these tanks are what we refer to as "UNIVERSAL FIT" tanks. That is they are made with a bottom that has a tunnel which will fit the standard single backbone tube frames, Normally most pre- Dual Overhead Cam bikes (circa 1950 to the Late 1970s).
 We will be glad to quote the custom bottom for your application, however there will be an upcharge for this additional service. Should you want the custom fit bottom tank this is considered a custom fit tank and under no circumstance is the tank returnable as it is a one off build for you...
 There may also be additional shipping charges for any of our products due to the ship calculator is most often incorrect. It does not figure in the necessary shipping insurance and/or international shipping prices or foreign currency exchange fluctuation.


Fabricated from over 1/16" work hardened aluminum Alloy, These tanks are HANDFORMED in the UNITED STATES by old world craftsmen (David Ashenbrener) with pride which keeps the surface unwavering, thickness uniform and unstressed as possible.
 The tooling forms I use assures that they are symmetrical and authentically shaped to their antique counterparts.  All seams are beautifully TIG welded by highly trained Aerospace Professionals, right here in AMERICA.
 These are superior to anything that's coming out of the 3rd world countries  You will be very impressed with our quality and attention to detail.  I hand planish each and every one until perfection is achieved.

LYTA SPRINT TANK
Originally Campaigned on the venerable Manx Racers, this was considered the Sprint, or Short Circuit Tank. It has been modified in the Tunnel section to be used with the Single Backbone Tube frames used on almost all bikes until the late 70s and early 80's. Bonnevile EFI Manx TT TANK
Originally Campaigned on the venerable Manx Racers built especially for the longer circuit race at The Isle of Man, this was considered the TT (Tourist Trophy). It has been modified in the Tunnel to accept the stock Triumph EFI PUMP ASSEMBLY. All you need is a new standard gasket available thru your dealer. Utilizes all hardware (bolts) from your tank and use the supplied Yoke to maintain your stock front mounts. Choice of vented cap style.
