Originally Campaigned on the venerable Manx Racers built especially for the longer circuit race at The Isle of Man, this was considered the TT (Tourist Trophy). It has been modified in the Tunnel to accept the stock Triumph EFI PUMP ASSEMBLY. All you need is a new standard gasket available thru your dealer. Utilizes all hardware (bolts) from your tank and use the supplied Yoke to maintain your stock front mounts.
Aprox 4 Gallon with polished vented bayonet cap or authentic 2 1/2″ Monza Alloy vented Cap (optional).

Comes Factory mill finished or buffed to a brilliant shine!

**PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT OUR TANKS**
We offer these tanks two ways: Mill finish, smooth planished sanded finish OR Highly show polished, which is a very labor intensive sanding 5 step process before taking it to the buffing department for a two step comprehensive show quality finish.

Neither tank and seat are a direct replacement for your stock units. To achieve this we would have to literally have hundreds of tank bottoms and seat designs to facilitate it.
Instead, we designed a general backbone tunnel “universal design” then make minor modifications to make it fit specific models. I’ve also found over time that the mounting system with the cup and pucks are not strong enough on the aluminum as they are on the stock tanks. In the case of the CB750 SOHC models for example, require cutouts for frame gussets and recessed areas for the carb slide heads to operate.

My mounting system consists of flanges blind nuts welded into the tank bottom whereas you use your own strap iron bracket fastened to the frame then bolted to the tank using the nut locations. INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED
Also, normally these tanks are what we refer to as “UNIVERSAL FIT” tanks. That is they are made with a bottom that has a tunnel which will fit the standard single backbone tube frames, Normally most pre- Dual Overhead Cam bikes (circa 1950 to the Late 1970s).
We will be glad to quote the custom bottom for your application, however there will be an upcharge for this additional service. Should you want the custom fit bottom tank this is considered a custom fit tank and under no circumstance is the tank returnable as it is a one off build for you…

Fabricated from over 1/16″ work hardened aluminum Alloy, These tanks are HANDFORMED in the UNITED STATES by old world craftsmen (David Ashenbrener) with pride which keeps the surface unwavering, thickness uniform and unstressed as possible.
The tooling forms I use assures that they are symmetrical and authentically shaped to their antique counterparts.  All seams are beautifully TIG welded by highly trained Aerospace Professionals, right here in AMERICA.
